Computer Class 2011

Well, the last class of computers this year...I'd have to say this year was a pretty good year. I perfected my typing abilities, and made a stop motion project that worked out good. Although, there was something i would of liked to work on more. we started working in Dreamweaver a long time ago and returned to it a while ago but we never did anything. In that program you could create websites and I would of liked to know how to use it fully. In conclusion this was a cool class, Mr. Picketts is an excellent teacher and i hope we have this class next year.

PowerPoint Mess Ups

There once was a time in 6th grade when I had to make a book talk. This is reading a book and then writing about its characters, a summary, setting etc. This project is made on a power point and is presented to the class. So when I made mine I made the mistake of writing a very long summary which I read the whole time making my presentation very boring. Also, I put many animations which as this video says are really cool but a huge distraction. Another problem that can really make you look stupid are spelling errors. For example if you write "He looked ASS a lion" you will look pretty dumb in writing a bad word instead of "as". From that day forward I try to not make the same mistakes and improve my power point abilities.

Earth Day Reflection

     After creating a video about Earth Day I really felt as if i had helped the Earth by doing it. Me and my partner (Salim) made a video were we put pictures of the nature, we also recited a poem. Most of our pictures were from Salim's nursery. We were at first challenged by the fact that our camera memory couldn't fit my computer. We had to find another camera and take pictures.My partner and me spitted the work by taking pictures, although he came to my house so we did mostly everything together.
      Today the Earth is having a variety of problems mostly us human's fault. We are polluting this world and causing global warming. This could completely end the planet's existence! I think we helped spread the word by telling people that it is time to act and to make a change. The whole world has to know how much we are damaging this wonderful planet. There are various ways of helping the planet such as recycling, not polluting as much by taking carpools and other things. We have to start taking more care of our planet, Earth

March Madness Tournament

     The national 7th grade typing tournament just ended and the winner is Marina. She beat Lorenza in the final out of 3 games, she won 2-1. The final 4 were Olivia, Marina, Lorenza and Ernesto. I lost a long time ago. At first, many considered me a very promising candidate for the title, but I let my fans down. After loosing horribly to Lorenza I retired and let myself loose vs Steph W. Everybody was shocked by the way that depression brought me down to be then disqualified.
     I could have won the championship if i would have lift up my head after losing vs Lorenza. Marina beat Lorenza by typing 24 words per minute. While they were competing for the championship I did a typing test and scored 31. Imagine my stress. I let my emotions get to me and I learned a valuable lesson, never let anger or stress get to you in  competition, always, always stay focused. i unfortunately had to learn it the hard, not by just reading it on a blog from a guy named "A" Blog".

Handle and Biography

Handle: "Pancracio"

Biography:. People use me and my name as a funny name, I like my name, it´s cool and original. I really don´t care what other people think they don´t know the real honor it is to be named Pancracio. Plus, everybody knows that the ladies are all over guy from Spain. WHAT SOUNDS MORE SPANISH THAN PANCRACIO!!! Another reason this is cool is that you draw attention just by someone hearing your name. It doesn´t matter if you are dull, my name is interesting enough. All in all, I AM PANCRACIO....so beat it! Anyhow, now I will talk about my life. It seems I have showed off enough my name. I was born in Brussels, Blegium, although, my parents are Spanish. I lived all my life in Rome and then moved to Zacualpan and lived there the rest of my life, got married and then got tired of her and left her. Just kidding, I love her, but I am bored, by the way.

My Christmas Vacations 2010

      Finally out of school I can enjoy some vacations! The first thing I was going to do was go to Mexico City to spend Christmas. I went there for a whole week and did a lot of things. We went to malls, to Coyoacan, drived through Periferico, Palmas, Reforma, saw Carlos Slim's house, went to Six Flags etc. My mom and sister, mostly sister, wanted to do a lot of shopping, so most of the time they went and I stayed behind at the condo. But on a Tuesday, the best part came, we went to Six Flags. I thought it wasn't going to be so cool because it is in Mexico, but I was wrong. They do have some very awesome roller coasters like: Superman, Batman, Medusa, Huracan, Boomerang and more. Superman is the coolest by far, you go up like 50 meter and go almost straight down.

      Where did i stay you might ask, I made a home exchange. That is when someone in Mexico City comes to my condo here for a week while I go to his condo for a week. His was a lot cooler. Very big, 2 floors, penthouse, view of Santa Fe. We even got his car and his made. I had already done this when I went to San Francisco and to New York. You can save a lot of money on hotels. Christmas was spent at some friends house where I ended at 5:30 am and then woke up at 2:00 pm! For New Years eve I was with my grandparents here in Vallarta. In conclusion I really enjoyed this trip.
